This type of creative project is easy all you need is coloured paper which can be cut from magazines.
 
The picture is classed as mixed media using other materials to create art.
 
It has been made with plain paper, draw a sketch with a pencil add pieces of coloured paper with PVA craft glue.  Finished details with Sharpie pen and pencil crayons.
