This is the first unprompted, non rehearsed, recording just me the camera facing my biggest fear speaking!
How many other people feel fear and never take action to change?
For me it was a well if you want to change you have to be the change, face it head on, just do it, learn along the way, be authentic, be you........
Starting today I aim to practice either recorded, live session, podcast whatever feels right.
