Say it to YOURSELF:
☘️Today I choose to be the most beautiful version of myself "inside and out".
☘️I open myself to all the expected and unexpected possibilities of abundance.
☘️I let go of what I can't control and trust all things are working for my good.
⚓" TRUST THE PURPOSE AND PROCESS" -
No matter how many detours we take or delays we encounter, we are being led to our "SPECIFIC PURPOSE ".
What's meant for you will always be yours. Within us, we own the ANTIDOTE- to reclaim our wounds and set our worth for ourselves.
The wound is the place where the light enters you. Don't waste your time looking back at what you lost. Move on. "LIFE IS NOT MEANT TO BE TRAVEL BACKWARDS" ✅
If the fire in your heart is strong enough, it will burn away any obstacles come your way.
"SELF CARE" is not Selfish, it's essential to your survival and your well being.
Make yourself a PRIORITY.
Self care is not an expense, it's an investment. "TO FALL IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF IS THE FIRST SECRET TO HAPPINESS "
🧠Self care is doing the things that make you feel more like "YOURSELF " ❤
🧠Don't feel guilty doing what is best for you.
🧠The best way to gain self confidence is to do what you are afraid to do.
🧠Stop shrinking yourself to fit places you've outgrown.
🧠You have permission to take care of yourself.
Put yourself at the top of your to- do- list every single day and watch how everything else falls into place.
RELAX AND PEACE:
A Beautiful day begins with a Beautiful Mindset.
*Calm over Chaos *Peace over Perfection *Serenity over Stress Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is RELAX. Take time to make your soul happy. INVEST IN REST. You don't always need a plan, you just need to breath, trust, let go and see what happens.The way you speak to yourself matters, so set peace of mind as your highest goal and organise your life around it. "
CALM IS THE SOOPER POWER and DEEP BREATHS are like love notes to your body.
*Inhale PEACE exhale HAPPINESS
*Inhale CONFIDENCE exhale DOUBT
If people are doubting how far you can go, go so far that you can't hear them anymore. If it's out of your hands, it deserves freedom from mind too. Be so rooted in your being, that nobody's abuse or presence can disturb your INNER PEACE and hurts your SELF RESPECT.
Find the COURAGE to let go of what you can't change. Just slow down your thoughts and purfume your MIND. You will be amazed at your thoughts after you start believing in what you deserve.
Do something today that your future self will thank you for. "YOUR LIFE BECOMES A MASTERPIECE WHEN YOU LEARN TO MASTER " PEACE" YOUR HEART KNOWS THE WAY.. RUN IN THAT DIRECTION.
ART THERAPY: HEALING ART
TEXTURE PAINT MIXED MEDIA ON CANVAS
The Texture in painting refers to the look and feel of the Canvas. It is based on the paint, and its application ability to touch the texture evokes multiple senses through sight and touch and allows for a deeper emotional feel. Textures include: rough, hard, liquid, solid, wet, bumpy, fuzzy, sticky, dusty, sharp, rough, gritty, soft, lumpy. e. The texture stimulates two different senses : sight and touch. Art and mental health can have a positive connection. Artistic activities such as sculpting, painting, or drawing are known to lower stress levels and promote mental calmness. It takes your mind off of your everyday life and provides a relaxing distraction.

ART THERAPY ACTIVITY FOR RELAXATION:
FINGER PAINTING: Finger painting is captivating and relaxing. Gliding with fingers across the paper with no direction or a purpose, but to play and explore. Leaving the colored trail behind. Feeling the texture of a paper through liquid paint. All of this makes finger painting a great art therapy activity.
Materials Required: *Paint set for finger painting *Paper for finger paint From the paint set choose only the colors that have a calming effect on you. Remember that your goal is the process itself, not the finished product.
Bring your attention to the fingertips.
Take notice of the texture of the paper and how the paint feels on your fingers.
Move across the paper in every direction, use all fingers at once or just one or few.
Use both hands at the same time. Repetitive movements in the rhythm of your heartbeat will relax you and align your body and mind in a similar way as the meditative breathing.
Drawing the infinity symbol and retracing it over and over again can be very soothing.
