Hope and Faith

HOPE is the heart beat of the soul. Hope is like a bird that senses the dawn and carefully starts to sing while it is still dark.

FAITH is seeing light with your heart when all your eyes sees is darkness.

Choose faith over anxiety, hope over worry, love over fear..

Always believe that something wonderful is about to happen. Sometimes the strength within is just a tiny SPARK that whispers so softly "Keep going you got this".

Strength grows in the moments when you think you can't go on, but you keep going away.

Trust that your soul has a plan, even you can't see it all, know everything will unfold as it is meant to.

You do not need to know what precisely happening or where it is going, what you need to recognise is the possibilities and challenges offered by the present moment, and to embrace them with courage hope and faith.

Dip into your own soul, find your own truth, what calls to your heart, what moves your spirit and may your choices reflect your HOPES, not fears- against all odds and logics. Faith sees the invisible, believes the unbelievable and receives the impossible.

Often times, Hope and Faith can awaken our spirits, showing us what to learn and explore. They can lead to insight and understanding- which can ultimately lead to something beautiful - "CHANGE"

Dont be afraid to acknowledge your feelings, they can be a beautiful voice that compels you to take action and CREATE sustainable change.

Every positive thought is a silent prayer that will change your life.

HOPE: "Hold On Pain Ends"
