#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.
Attending a workshop with Recovery Coach Academy last week was an amazing opportunity joined by women from all backgrounds and life experiences.
The course has really opened my eyes to understand how as women we often dont speak about our accomplishments and feel the need to play them down.
At the end of the course we have been tasked to look at why we are remarkable, write it down, shout it out, be proud.
If you are sharing facts about your accomplishments
you are telling the truth.
So here is a challenge for myself.
Every day since attending I have created a post and shared this on my facebook groups.
Then an idea came to me - why dont I make a commitment to create a post for the next 365 days and see where I am in a years time.
Also I would have a wonderful journal record to keep and read along the way.
