I am excited to announce the launch of "Art For Wellness" the first book by Debbie Crouch at Creative Wellness Journey
This is an absolutely brilliant achievement.

To emphasise that art heals the mind with a creative inspired gallery that supports mental wellness.
Following the artistic career of an ordinary person with a desire to help others to be well and learn how to draw and paint.
Turning the spotlight on discovering creative wellness in colourful emotional art expressions.
This book shows a visual gallery discovering how Debbie achieved her own journey to wellness over the last few years and the joys of learning how to draw and paint.
In celebration to show that you don't have to be good at art to have a go.
Debbie Crouch has been honing her skills after learning to draw and paint to support her mental wellness for the past several years.
During lockdown Debbie expanded her skills by volunteering as a facilitator for a Recovery College and embarking on the training to become a Creative Recovery Coach with Recovery Coach Academy, the first registered provider in the UK for CCAR training.
All this has been done with the intention and passion to support others to become better than well.
Driven by a desire and lived experience to share what she has learned on her journey to mental wellness and the beauty of creativity through Creative Wellness Journey.
Her aim is to provide a safe environment for people to learn how to express emotions through creativity. Providing online resources for art for wellness.
In growing a group to over 10,000 members in less than 12 months it is very rewarding to know how many people’s lives we help along the way.
Receiving testimonials and feedback from members always makes me feel a sense of pride and achievement. For example: “Debbie Crouch is an enthusiastic person who enthuses her students without even knowing that she is doing it… A mentor. A giver of ideas…”
When people affected by mental illness are able to realise, they are not alone, it is nothing to be ashamed of, or feared, that it's an illness and there are many ways to enhance their recovery.
Creative Wellness is all about sharing tools, resources, thoughts, ideas and experiences and may this help others to discover their own pathway or journey moving forward.
In having the confidence to enter a competition in my local art gallery and being selected to showcase my work was a massive achievement I could have only dreamed of.
In a recent edition of The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS (HPAA) described Debbie’s generous humanistic contributions and tireless commitment to help others are admirable. We are delighted to add her to our community and our ongoing series of “World Changers”.
"Today, I love my life and am grateful for the challenges that have come my way." - Debbie
