Attending a course with Naetha Uren in 2019 through the Leeds Recovery College "Our Stories Have Power" was a wonderful way to understand how we can communicate this in a positive way. Think about who the message is targeted at and how much you feel comfortable in saying.
Here I share my first story which helped me to outline my recovery journey in a way I was happy to share with others.
I am so grateful for Naetha who delivered an amazing course which helped me to change my thinking and the way I communicate about my mental health journey.
This was the beginning of being inspired to share my lived experiences with others with a passion to help and share HOPE.
I highly recommend Naetha Uren & Calliese Connor at Recovery Coach Academy and feel blessed to know them as friends too.
Together as a mother and daughter, our credible live experience, training, education and ongoing personal development along with our passion and purpose have aligned and created this community.
