The Leeds recovery college offers a safe place to go for people experiencing mental health issues and looking for ways to be well. After attending the WRAP course in 2019, I choose to volunteer as a way to give something back through my journey of recovery as I can see the value and am passionate about making a difference. Joining together with other liked minded people with lived experiences. Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) This course helps people identify “when things don’t seem quite right” and strategies that can help them cope. Achieving my dream
