I am joined by a good friend and fellow creative writer Suzy Dansby as we bounce ideas off each other to create our blogs for “Reading for Wellness”
Reading For Wellness aim is to support members to understand and manage their health and wellbeing.

Fabulous way to support your health and wellbeing
According to research reading is understood to be a better way to reduce stress than both listening to music or going for a walk and could reduce stress levels by up to 68%.
Social reading activities like book clubs online and in person can promote wellbeing, combat isolation and bring people together in supportive communities.
